SEO & Content Lead (generalist)

We're building the next-gen support & feedback platform that's changing how modern teams like Lovable.dev, Raycast, and Beehiiv work. As one of the fastest-growing startups in this space, we’re looking for our first internal SEO and content person to help take it to a new level.
This role is ideal for someone who loves writing, understands SaaS and technical products, and wants to own the narrative for a fast-growing startup. You’ll partner closely with our co-founder, Markus, to increase our content volume and quality across blog, social, SEO, and customer marketing. Over time, there’s room to expand into supporting product launches, shaping how we tell our product story, and a ton more.

What you'll do
Own the content engine mainly on our blog, but also social channels, and email
Become our product & industry expert to write well-researched and high-quality articles, comparisons, and tutorials
Own and execute SEO strategy with support – identify target keywords, brief and manage freelancers as needed, build links, and track performance
Bring your unique perspective on how to create the best educational content for product, support, and engineer teams all over the world.
Who we're looking for
You enjoy writing and educating others. You have a way with words and can write copy that's engaging
You like end-to-end ownership. You will have the opportunity own the whole content and SEO engine from keywords research, to writing and publishing, managing freelancers, and handling backlinks
You have native-level English skills – both written and spoken form
You are independent, resourceful and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Preferably in European time zones to have overlap with the rest of our team
Bonus points:
Experience in product marketing or strong desire to learn
Experience in early-stage, PLG environments
