We're building the next-gen support & feedback platform that's changing how modern teams like Lovable.dev, Instantly, and Beehiiv work. As one of the fastest-growing startups in this space, we’re looking for an Account Executive to help take it to a new level.
As our first AE, you’ll help define how modern sales in our team is done: lean, technical, automated, and high-conviction. From closing inbound deals with big enterprise leads to chasing outbound opportunities with massive upside, you'll be in the driver's seat. If you're looking for process manuals and SDR handoffs, look elsewhere. If you want to close, build, and win–this is it.

What you'll do
Become a product expert & help customers use Featurebase effectively, assisting prospects through the trial and evaluation phase
Generate a strong pipeline and exceed quarterly targets - develop and execute outbound sales strategies, including cold outreach via email and social channels
Own deals end-to-end: qualify, demo, handle procurement, close
Be the voice of the customer – advocate for customers by surfacing product or adoption blockers to our product team
Help design automations, experiments, and scalable sales ops
Who we're looking for
Previous experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing deals
Experience selling to a technical buyers (bonus if you have previous experience working with a collaboration or a support tool)
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and product demonstration skills
You know how to navigate orgs, unblock deals, and manage multiple stakeholders
SaaS and startup experience – you move fast, have a strong bias for impact, and thrive in working autonomously
Preferably in European time zones to have overlap with the rest of our team
